Philip Yee

President, Chief Financial Officer

Philip is a Director and the President of CareVest Management Corp. He is also Chief Compliance Officer for the CareVest Group. Located in our Vancouver office, Philip is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance activities and reporting obligations of the CareVest group. Philip has over 25 years experience working as CFO, VP (Finance) and/or Corporate Secretary for reporting issuers listed on TSX or TSX Venture exchanges. Philip holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business with a finance specialization as well as a graduate degree in engineering and currently holds both a CPA in BC (Canada) and Washington State (USA) as well as the internal audit certification (CIA).
